Business Development Officer at Nerdbug Limited

• We are currently seeking a Business Development Officer to join our team.

What we are looking out for:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role and previous experience as a Business Development Officer in a related industry.
• Proficient in integrated business management and CRM software, including ProWorkflow and SalesForce.
• Ability to research sales leads, present proposals, and negotiate deals.
• Experience in a tech company or fast-paced organization with a result driven mindset is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.

What a typical day would be like:

• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and refine the sales strategy.
• Scheduling and conducting meetings with existing clients to discuss their needs and gather feedback.
• Participating in conferences, seminars, and networking events to build industry relationships and explore partnership opportunities.
• Engaging with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and share market insights.
• Preparing and customizing proposals based on client needs.
• Staying updated on the latest sales techniques, software trends, and business development strategies.
