Business Operations Manager at Bave Design Studio

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, interact with clients and vendors, and ensure smooth functioning of our retail store.
• The ideal candidate should be able to manage operations efficiently, use productivity tools to enhance performance, and skillfully handle client and vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain a smooth supply chain.
• Manage customer relations, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and deescalate difficult situations effectively.
• Utilize productivity tools (such as project management and scheduling software) to track progress, deadlines, and store performance.
• Lead and motivate staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Develop and implement operational processes to optimize business efficiency.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive store promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Operations Manager, Store Manager, etc.) within the retail or beauty/skincare industry.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and vendors.
• Ability to deescalate situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
• Proficient in using productivity tools (e.g., project management, scheduling, or inventory management software).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Must reside in or around Ogudu, Magodo, Gbagada, Ojota/Ketu, Ikeja, or Maryland.
