Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Travel Consultant located in Lagos.
• The Business Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting, travel management, customer service, car rental coordination, and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in coordinating and booking flights, hotels and car rentals
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and destinations
• Proficiency in relevant travel management software (Galileo and Amadeus)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
