    Businesss Development Specialist

    Job Summary:

    • The Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Promatic Nigeria by identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the company's partner network, and ensuring revenue targets are met in the assigned region.
    • This role requires proactive scouting for new partner locations, increasing sales volume, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure revenue targets are met for the assigned region by increasing the number of profitable agent and partner locations.
    • Scout and identify potential locations, partners, and agents within the assigned territory to expand the company’s footprint.
    • Collaborate with partners and agents to boost sales volumes through various interventions, including organizing trainings, offering business advice, and executing promotions.
    • Ensure all required documentation for new locations, such as signed agreements, is properly completed and maintained.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide timely reports to the Head of Operations, identifying potential opportunities, challenges, and competitive trends.
    • Maintain ongoing communication and build strong, positive relationships with Sax partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
    • Work closely with IT personnel in the assigned region to minimize downtime on all slot machines and ensure smooth operations at all partner locations.
    • Submit regular reports, including period closing figures, additions, deductions, non-financial assessments, and asset conditions at partner outlets, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the gaming or retail industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet revenue targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with slot machine gaming or similar industries is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
