    Cardiothoracic Nurse

    Role Description

    • The Cardiothoracic Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients with critical cardiac and thoracicconditions.
    • This includes pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing surgeries suchas coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve repair/replacement, ASD/VSD Closure, lung resections etc.
    • The nurse plays a vital role in monitoring patient hemodynamics, Airway management, EKG interpretations, administering medications, and utilizing advanced medical equipment to ensure the highest quality of care.

    Reports to the Head Nurse.

    Job Specifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
    • RN (Registered Nurse) License
    • RCTN
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Cardiothoracic nurse
