Requirements

• Registered Nurse/Midwife: .Rm, Rn,
• BSc in Nursing Sciences: BNsc,
• Health Sciences Management: Msc (will be added advantage)
• Minimum of 8 years experience as Senior nurse
• Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, counselling, Mentoring and supervisory skills.
• Must have high personal integrity, strategic, innovative, team player and relates well with both internal and external customers.
• Highly dependable, articulate, proactive, motivated and must be able to communicate effectively to achieve the desired goals of the organization.
• Flexible, passionate, empathetic, confident,
• Must have managed not less than 100 nurses above.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
