Responsibilities
Client Care:

• Receive customers' requests by telephone/mail, analyze requests and respond accordingly.
• Meet and greet customers in such a manner that makes them feel very welcome.
•  Establish close relationships with client and understand their needs.
• Receive complaints in a polite and professional fashion.
• Maintain relationship an existing customer base and follow up on potential customers.
• Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner
• Work with in-house team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectation.
• Conduct surveys and solicit customer feedback.

Marketing and Planning:

• Digital marketing & Cold calling
• Support marketing team in creating and posting content on social media.
• Book photoshoots appointment over the phone and/or assist client to book online.
• Maintain in-depth and broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
• Explain various company services and products to clients and up-sell existing customers where necessary.
•  Prepare and issue estimates quotations, invoices, receipts as may be required.
• General office duties.

Qualifications & Requiremnets

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Administration, Sociology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to listen and determine solutions for customers.
• Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team.
• Very proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
• High proficient in the use of various digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Female applicants preferably.
