    Client Relationship Manager

    Job Summary

    • Client Relations Manager is a professional who creates and nurtures long-term relationships with customers. He/she will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
    • Client relations managers act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and work with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to skilfully manage client expectations, and generate stable revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Building long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Creating sales plans to generate revenue
    • Understand, client needs, goals, and expectations
    • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
    • Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities.
    • Developing and implementing client-specific strategies and plans
    • Develop and implement sales strategies
    • Ensures client satisfaction with company products and services
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support
    • Sets revenue targets
    • Collaborates with internal teams to meet client needs

    Requirements

    • BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 3-5 years relevant experience
    • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager
    • Background in customer service
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
    • A customer-oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
