CNG Auto Electrician, DCT at Dangote

Description

The Dangote Group is currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNG Auto Electrician to join our team at Dangote Cement Transport. As a CNG Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical systems of our compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the CNG vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in CNG vehicles, including wiring, lighting systems, and electronic components.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the electrical systems.
• Install, test, and maintain CNG-related electrical components, such as fuel injectors and ignition systems.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve electrical problems.
• Complete documentation of all maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bsc, HND, OND, SSCE, Trade Test certificate in Auto Electrical or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience as a CNG Auto Electrician or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of CNG electrical systems and components.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CNG vehicles is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
