Cold Room Engineer at Ibizza Pit Hotels & Suites Limited

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance, and repair of cold rooms and storage facilities.
• Running quality checks to ensure existing systems are functioning as planned
• Diagnosing and fixing faults with refrigeration systems
• Carrying out planned maintenance on existing systems
• Responsible for the full operation of the cold room.
• Perform scheduled daily cleaning, maintenance and sanitization of the cold room.
• Report any necessary repair and maintenance of the cold room and its PowerBox.
• Record keeping of all maintenance and repairs performed on the cold room and it’s PowerBox.
• Reports daily activity to the MD
• Any other duty that may be assigned
