    Consumer Insights Manager

    • At Kantar, we pride ourselves on our flawless execution of research projects and our commitment to providing actionable insights to our clients. As a Research Manager- Quantitative Research, you will play a crucial role in shaping our research strategies and successfully implementing them.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct quantitative research studies to identify consumer preferences and trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative research methodologies
    • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients
    • Manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budget
    • Lead and mentor a team of research analysts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
    • Effectively communicate research findings to clients and internal team members in a clear and persuasive manner.
    • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and effective quantitative research methodologies.
    • Contribute to the development of research proposals and client pitches

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
    • Proven experience as a Research Manager, preferably in a quantitative research role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS or R
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to clients and relevant individuals.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious goals
    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
