Job Responsibilities:

• Research and develop engaging high-quality content for our social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
• Develop content calendars and recommend campaign strategies.
• Manage and update social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content development and social media.

Requirements Key Requirements

• B.Sc degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or in any related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience as a content developer/social media executive.
• Proven experience in content development and social media management.
• Strong research and critical thinking skills.
• Good branding and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Strong command of social media best practices, trends and platform changes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
