Content Marketing Associate at Tracy Bookshop

We are looking for a Part-Time Content Marketing Associate that will help develop effective strategies and create content to help readers around the world connect with the books they love.

As a Part-Time Content Marketing Associate , you will work with the Operations Team at its marketing and social media component. You will be responsible for executing various marketing and social media campaigns.

**** This is a part time role, you will required to work 10-15 hours per week.**

What you'll be doing;

• You will work on marketing digital assets including emails, social ads and store promos. Knowledge of how to run advertisements on social media platforms is a necessity.
• You will manage content and marketing campaigns across all social media channels, with emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & TikTok.
• You will manage a team of freelance influencers, designers, bloggers, videographers etc. and ensure that all content strategies necessary for the store’s growth are implemented.
• You will manage the editorial calendar by scheduling due dates, tracking content development, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• You will handle customer and sales inquiries on all social media accounts.

What you should have;

• Bachelors degree in Marketing OR at least 2 years experience managing a brand’s digital presence.
• Superior understanding of publishing across all social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok. Superior experience and understanding of TikTok is strongly required.
• Superior knowledge of social media scheduling tools like Buffer or Later.
• Superior knowledge of project management platforms like Monday or Notion.
• Superior knowledge of design tools like Canva.
• Superior knowledge of email marketing tools like Convertkit & Sendinblue
• Superior knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
• Superior knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Superior knowledge of SEO.
• Superior knowledge of content management platforms like WordPress & Ghost.
• In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System is a strong asset.

Work Location;

• This role is open only to anyone residing on Lagos Mainland because it is where the Nigerian Branch is located.
