Content Producer at Mshel Homes Ltd

The Content Producer/Creator is responsible for developing engaging, informative, and creative content across multiple digital platforms to promote the brand, products, and services. This role involves ideation, creation, and production of high-quality multimedia content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and enhances the brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content (blogs, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.) for the company’s digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to plan and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and target audience.
• Create, edit, and optimize videos, images, and other multimedia content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
•  Plan, schedule, and manage the publishing of content according to a predefined content calendar.
• Ensure all content reflects the company’s voice, style, and tone while maintaining brand consistency across different channels.
• Apply SEO best practices to increase online visibility, such as keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization for search engines.
• Monitor content performance metrics and engagement (likes, shares, comments, etc.), and adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement and reach.
•  Work closely with the graphics design team, digital marketing specialists, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and visual representation.
• Stay updated with content trends, social media updates, and digital marketing tools to improve content quality and relevancy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience as a content producer/creator or similar role.
• Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in creating content for the real estate industry (or applicable field) is a plus.
• Knowledge of paid media advertising, influencer marketing, and email marketing strategies.
