    Crèche Facilitator

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Crèche Facilitator to join our team and provide high-quality education to children aged 2-5 years.
    • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities that support the early development of children.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.
    • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of all children, including those with special educational needs.
    • Observe and assess children's progress, keeping detailed records and providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
    • Encourage learning through play and creative activities, ensuring a balanced approach to education.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support each child’s learning and development.
    • Create a safe and hygienic learning environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
    • Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
    • Experience working with children in an Early Years setting is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Commitment to continuous professional development.
