    Credit Analyst

    Job Summary

    • Primarily responsible for analyzing the credit worthiness of the Bank’s customers and potential customers and assisting in the ongoing management and modeling of credit risk afterwards.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Credit file review, appraisal, and feedback.
    • Credit bureau check and feedback.
    • Customers and guarantors site visitation, address verification, and feedback.
    • Monitoring of repayment under Credit terms.
    • Early identification of delinquent accounts and non-performing loans.
    • Track expiration of sensitive items against lapses such as insurance policies, vehicle licenses, court affidavit, etc., and feedback.
    • Loan disbursement.
    • Weekly expected repayment report per account officers.
    • Loan follow-up and report exceptions promptly to Management.
    • Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Credit Risk Management.

    Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies

    • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or any discipline.
    • 5 - 7 years of experience in credit analysis.
    • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
    • Good command in English in both report writing and speaking.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and organizational skills
    • Excellent use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Time management
    • Self-management.
