    CRM Director

    Your opportunity: 

    In the role of CRM Director, you will take charge of devising and executing Moniepoint's CRM and Lifecycle strategy. Your focus will be on enhancing user engagement and value across diverse product lines and markets throughout the customer journey.

    Lead and expand the CRM team, collaborating closely with Tech and Data Science teams. Your expertise will shape the CRM Lifecycle strategy, encompassing user segmentation, lifecycle stage objectives, and cost-effective programs to increase user activation, engagement, and reactivation.

    Your mission:

    • Foster and lead a dynamic team of CRM Specialists, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists, aligning their objectives with the company's overall growth goals.
    • Leverage user behavior data to craft a global CRM strategy for Moniepoint, translating it into actionable and measurable initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Data Science team to establish a comprehensive measurement stack and predictive models to optimize global CRM efforts and incentive allocation.
    • Work hand in hand with the Tech team to outline an engineering automation and personalization roadmap, maximizing the impact of CRM campaigns.
    • Oversee the CRM incentive budget, ensuring precise tracking and reporting of marketing spend to continuously enhance investment ROI.
    • Establish efficient processes and collaborations with product and brand teams to ensure seamless coordination.

    Your skills:

    • 8+ years’ experience of digital mobile CRM marketing and expertise on user activation and retention
    • Experience in working across multiple product lines, broadening your scope
    • Authority on the mobile app marketing ecosystem, possessing a deep understanding of app user re-engagement and loyalty
    • A data-driven mindset will be your forte, allowing you to optimize real-time performance, analyze metrics, and identify trends skillfully
    • Thriving in an ever-changing environment, you strike a balance between meticulous attention to detail and swift turnaround while fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere
    • Fluency in English is a must for seamless communication
