Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging CRS lessons that deepen students' understanding of Christian teachings and values.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of a CRS curriculum that meets educational standards and promotes moral development.
• Student Assessment: Assess students' progress through discussions, projects, and assessments, offering constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management: Create an inclusive and respectful learning environment that fosters spiritual growth and academic excellence.
• Religious Exploration: Introduce students to biblical texts, Christian doctrines, and historical contexts.
• Professional Growth: Stay updated on best practices in religious education and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Education, or a related field. A teaching qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching CRS.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Christian teachings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and nurture students’ spiritual growth.
