    Customer Acquisition Agent

    Functions

    • Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets
    • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing Nerve usage or improving customer satisfaction
    • Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services
    • Communicating regularly with the Vice President of Sales about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance

    Key Responsibilities

    • The Customer Acquisition Agent has a duty to represent the business beyond the sales department. The Customer Acquisition Manager participates in sales workshops, sales seminars, and events on behalf of the business in Kano and North West. This is for the purpose of collecting qualified leads and pertinent sales information as well as keeping up with market trends in order to ensure that the business does not lag behind other players.
    • The Customer Acquisition Agent plays a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction for the business
    • The Customer Acquisition Agent develops and builds relationships and partnerships by being attentive, service-oriented, and courteous to customers, colleagues and external partners.
    • The Customer Acquisition Agent develops and maintains knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends. He stays up-to-date with industry best practices and standards through attending events and seminars, attending individual and group training programs.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years work experience.
