Customer Experience Associate at Eatrite Food Services West Africa Limited

Responsibilities 

• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Quickly and accurately take consumer orders.
• Make product recommendations and respond to queries from customers.
• Handle cash, transfer, and POS transactions and customer payment processing.
• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with standard practices.
• Properly package orders to guarantee that customers receive their goods in decent, safe, and wholesome shape.
• Ensure that meal presentation and quality adhere to corporate requirements.
• Keep the work areas clean and sanitary, including the holding cabinets, counter, microwave, drinks cooler, etc.
• Restock supplies and keep inventory levels consistent.
• Comply with all hygiene and food safety rules.
• Promote to customers new menu items or special discounts.
• React calmly and professionally to any complaints or concerns from customers.
• Work together with team members to achieve efficient operations and outstanding service.

Qualification / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or another related discipline
• Certification or diploma in customer service management preferred
• 6 months of relevant work experience in a food service brand
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing
• Preferably female
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
