    Customer Relationship Manager (Corps Member)

    Job Summary

    • The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client inquiries, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and addressing any customer concerns.
    • The CRM will also be involved in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the production team, inventory manager and architects to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Address issues to prevent escalations.
    • Identify opportunities for additional sales within existing customers and pursue them.
    • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
    • Convert leads into active clients.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in customer service or relationship management roles.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
