    Customer Retention Executive (Bonusing and Promotions)

    Job Description

    • Creating a plan to retain existing customers by identifying their needs and concerns, then communicating with them regularly about current promotional offerings.
    • ⁠Create affinity for the between the brand and the target audience.
    • Monitoring user behavior and satisfaction levels, and conducting research on current market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
    • Analyzing data to determine which strategies are most effective in retaining customers over time.
    • Monitoring competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
    • Working with marketing and customer service team to identify different audience segments.
    • Maintaining and building relationships with existing users through targeted communications.
    • Creating unique bonuses and promotional offers.
    • Managing SMS, Email Marketing and other outbound channels

    Requirements

    • B.sc/HND in any field with at least 3years plus of experience in this role
