    Customer Service Assistant

    Job Overview:

    • The Customer Service Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • This role requires handling both in-person and remote customer interactions through various communication channels such as phone and email.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate service information to customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Ensure detailed registration of customer information.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer information and transactions in the customer service database.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
    • Assist in processing refunds, exchanges, and troubleshooting issues related to billing or payments.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience by going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
    • Provide support in maintaining and updating customer service guidelines and policies.

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customers.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
    • Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
