    Customer Service Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time Customer Service Officer role located on-site in Akure.
    • The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective interactions and problem resolution on a daily basis.

    Qualifications

    • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support proficiency
    • Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
    • Provide Excellent Customer service while adhering to banking regulations.
    • Conducted customer due diligence and KYC procedures
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
    • Knowledge of banking operations and products is advantageous
