    Customer Service Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Officer who will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.
    • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate operations, and a passion for helping people.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Assist clients with property listings, viewings, and other real estate-related services.
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Provide clients with information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
    • 3-5 experience in the role, preferably within the real estate industry.

    Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
    • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
    • Knowledge of real estate principles and practices is a plus.
