    Customer Service Representative/Administrator

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
    • Candidates must reside around the Ikeja axis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about shipping services.
    • Assist customers with booking shipments and resolving issues related to shipping and delivery.
    • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of shipments and customer requests.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
