    Customer Service / Sales Personnel - Order Processing

    Job Description

    • As a Customer Service/Sales Personnel, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end customer experience, from order placement to post-sales support.
    • You will also be responsible for nurturing relationships with wholesalers, converting leads into loyal customers, and ensuring a smooth, efficient order fulfillment process.

    Key Responsibilities
    Order Processing:

    • Efficiently handle customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retail customers, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business.

    Sales Conversion:

    • Identify potential leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into buying customers through effective communication and tailored product recommendations.

    Wholesaler Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, managing their orders, providing product updates, and resolving issues promptly.

    Lead Generation:

    • Support lead generation efforts by following up on inquiries, answering product-related questions, and scheduling follow-ups with potential clients.

    Problem Resolution:

    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive resolution that enhances the customer experience.

    Upselling & Cross-Selling:

    • Actively promote products, special offers, and bundle deals to existing and new customers to increase sales and maximize revenue.

    Database Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, contact details, and interactions in CRM and other digital systems.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and that any issues are resolved swiftly.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Buybetter’s product offerings and industry trends, enabling you to provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers.

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience:

    • 1- 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship manager.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM and order management systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
    • Sales Ability:
      • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers and upsell/cross-sell products based on customer needs.
    • Team Player:
      • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
