    Responsibilities

    • Engagement and resolving customers and prospective leads enquires. 
    • Telephone marketing of products to leads.
    • Managing brand's communication with customers and prospects.
    • Managing and resolving customers' complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 
    • Maintaining adequate records of customers' information in an efficient manner. 

    Required skills: 

    • Well lettered in written communication possessing higher level of personable, presentation and communication skills.
