    Customer Success Associate

    Requirements

    • BSc/BA/HND/OND in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
    • Background in retail sales.
    • Organization and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
    • Proficient use of Google suite. Microsoft Word. Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical, numerical and data analytics skills.
    • Ability to communicate. network and negotiate effectively and efficiently.
    • 1-2 years work experience.
    • Experience in Edtech or consulting is an added advantage.
