Job Description

• The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process large datasets from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party systems.
• Use statistical techniques and data analysis tools to analyze and interpret data to uncover insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for data analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Conduct research to identify new data sources and techniques for data analysis.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and clustering.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus.
