Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing reports, and creating visualizations to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Wrangling, cleaning and preparing of organizational data for ready analysis
• Extract, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis
• Interpret data and provide meaningful analysis to support business decisions
• Create visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and analysis techniques
• Data Governance & Information Management Support

Requirements

• Graduate degree in relevant field
• Certification in data analytics or related field
• Has a track record of working hard physically, mentally and emotionally
• Fluent in English and other possible local Languages.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in Pandas (Python) for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong SQL skills for querying databases
• Experience with data visualization best practices

Proficiencies:

• Proficiency in Pandas (Python), SQL, and Power BI is essential for this role
• Database Tools:Competence in the use Microsoft Excel and SQL to collect, organize and analyze data
• Programming Language:Efficiency in the knowledge and use of Python to clean, manipulate and load data into specified database (ETL)
• Data Visualization:Ability to use either Tableau or Microsoft Power BI to translate analyzed data into visual insights
• Business Analysis:Understanding of how businesses function inorder to recognize potential areas of improvement
