Job description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, cooperation, and a sense of belonging among students.
• Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles, abilities, and interests, ensuring that all students have opportunities to succeed.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, achievements, and areas for growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology, Engineering Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Design and Technology Educator at the secondary level.
• Strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and relevant technologies.
• TRCN Membership.
• Relevant Certification.
• High level of commitment to creativity and innovation.
