Digital Marketing Executive at Hillpost Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans, aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team
• Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including: Social Media, Email Marketing, Search
• Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Content Marketing
• Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to align digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding Of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
