    Digital Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Automation Management: Manage marketing automation flows in GoHighLevel, ensuring database accuracy and analyzing campaign performance.
    • Operational Efficiency: Maintain efficient marketing operational processes and resolve any bottlenecks
    • Automation and Streamlining: Set up new automations and integrations through Zapier to streamline internal operations
    • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
    • LMS Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically, Kartra, is advantageous.

    • Efficient Processes: Streamlined and efficient marketing operations processes that enhance team productivity.
    • Effective Automations: Successfully implemented automations and integrations that improve workflow and campaign execution.
    • Accurate Data: A well-maintained and accurate marketing database that supports effective targeting and personalization.
    • Optimized Campaigns: Improved campaign performance through detailed analysis and actionable insights.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of success.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using APIs, Zapier, Calendly automations, and GoHighLevel for automation and streamlining of internal processes
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance in Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Longevity: Demonstrated longevity in previous roles is a must, with at least 2+ years at a company. Job hoppers will not be considered.
    • Additional Skills: Experience with LMS is advantageous, specifically Kartra.
