Driver at Ken-Next Ventures Nigeria Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure punctual and safe transportation of staff and materials to and  from places as instructed by dispatcher or supervisor.
• Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to and observe all traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, have fuel, oil and  are ready to drive
• Ensure all safety devices in the vehicles are working and used by all passengers
• Report mechanical problems, damage and crashes promptly to  dispatcher, supervisor and the auto workshop as applicable
• Record full information on all trips and passengers in the travel log book.
• Ensure safety of goods being carried and ensure all items are secure
• Maneuver truck into loading or unloading position, following signals 
• Maintain a regular check on vehicles to ensure all travel requirements  such as fuel, lubrication, brakes, tire pressures, cooling system, battery  etc are functional

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• HND/OND with over 10 years’ experience as a driver.
• Valid driver’s license.
