E-Commerce Team Leader (Inventory and Logistics) at Oisedotcom LTD

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Team Leader. This key role will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, and coordinating logistics operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the inventory management team.
• Monitor and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with logistics companies and couriers.
• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce errors and minimize losses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and customer service.
• Analyze data and generate reports to improve inventory and logistics processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective and efficient logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, etc.) preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and logistics systems.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry is a plus.
