    Early Years Teachers

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic international school. situated at Sabon Lugbe along Airport road.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a blended curriculum that combines the best of the English and Nigerian educational frameworks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our young students (ages 3-6)
    • Implement a play-based, child-centered approach to teaching and learning
    • Integrate aspects of the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum alongside key elements of the Nigerian curriculum
    • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports the holistic development of students
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching practices and student assessments
    • Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching skills
    • Uphold the school's values and contribute to the overall growth and development of the early years program.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
    • Knowledge and understanding of both the English EYFS and Nigerian educational frameworks
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young children
    • Proficiency in English and familiarity with local Nigerian languages is preferred
    • Valid teaching certification or license, TRCN
