Education Quality Assurance Manager at Brains Learners and Trainers Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Education Quality assurance Manager in the education industry. In this role, you will be responsible for quality control of the teaching and learning process. Your primary objective will be to assess the quality of teacher's delivery of lessons, curriculum content, and student's learning outcomes.

• A University graduate (Education qualification will be an added advantage)
• A minimum five (5) years relevant post NYSC qualification experience in a reputable school and in a similar role. 
• Capable of managing a hybrid system of in-person and virtual classes 
• Develops a system of blend mix of Nigerian and British Curriculum (For English Language) 
• Certification in IGCSE and experience in managing a  Cambridge certified School.

     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teacher training and capapacity building.
• Supervises   and   evaluates   teaching   methods   to   ensure   target   academic achievements are met
• Sets objectives for students to meet, and develop a plan of action in helping students  to achieve  excellent  results  in  all  internal  and  external examinations
• Possesses ability to drive a 21st century system of education in teaching, learning and evaluation.
• Develops and Integrates students' entrepreneurial Skills into the School curricullum.

Parent Acquisition 

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, engaging with prospective parents to understand their needs and promote the benefits of our hybrid brand of school.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to convert leads into enrolled students, providing necessary information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.

Student Onboarding:

• Works with teachers, and support staff to develop personalized activity plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of onboarding activities, including enrollment paperwork, orientation sessions, and technology setup.

Relationship Management:

• Foster strong relationships with parents by providing ongoing support and acting as a trusted advisor throughout their child's educational journey.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the student experience and address any challenges or concerns.
• Act as an advocate for parents and students within the organization, representing their interests and communicating their needs to relevant teams.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure student enrollment, parent satisfaction, and retention rates.
• Monitor student engagement and academic progress, identifying trends and opportunities for intervention or support.

 Other requirements

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on onboarding metrics, student success indicators, and other relevant data to share with management.
• Proven experience in marketing within the education industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with parents and students.
• Solid understanding of student onboarding best practices and experience in managing enrollment processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online learning platforms is a plus.
• Committed to student success, and have a proven track record in quality control in teaching and learning,
