Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Supervisor to oversee the academic programs and support the professional development of our teaching staff.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of education provided, promoting effective teaching practices, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of teaching staff, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.
• Develop and implement curriculum standards and instructional guidelines in collaboration with teachers and administration.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers, including workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations and standards.
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new teaching staff.
• Support teachers in developing and implementing effective classroom management strategies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student learning and well-being.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing targeted interventions as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the community to support student achievement and school initiatives.
• Participate in school leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teachers and students.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and data analysis tools.
