Embedded System Developer at Homefort Energy

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We're seeking a highly skilled Embedded System Engineer to join our innovative team at Homefort Energies.
• As an Embedded System Engineer, you'll design, develop, and test embedded software and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and test embedded software and systems
• Work with microcontrollers (STM8/STM32, PIC, TI, ESP32) and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
• Utilize hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and performance standards
• Troubleshoot and solve complex problems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in embedded systems development
• Strong Embedded Software and Software Development skills
• Electrical Engineering and Electronics knowledge
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
• Experience with wireless communication technologies (GSM, GPS, WiFi, LORA)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and version control systems

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with IoT devices and applications
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Certification in embedded systems or related field
