    Enterprise Sales Executive

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Sales department.
    • The successful candidate will generate high-quality online and offline leads, promoting our organization and products, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
    • This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition, retention, and win-back strategies.
    • The Enterprise Sales Lead will also play a key role in knowledge sharing and fostering team collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and generate quality leads through various online and offline channels to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective progression of leads through the sales process.
    • Customer Promotion and Retention: Promote the organization’s products and services to new and existing customers, and develop strategies for customer win-back and retention.
    • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients using smart bid presentation techniques.
    • Knowledge Sharing: Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with team members to enhance collective sales skills and knowledge.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecoms sales, specifically with expertise in Dedicated Internet, VPN, Dark Fiber, and Long-haul solutions.
    • Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver smart and persuasive presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
    • Attributes: Intelligent, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in enterprise sales within the telecom sector.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
