    EPSM Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) projects.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the Energy sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in sales management, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Experience in oil & gas or energy sector is required
    • Experience in Tender management
    • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
