Executive Assistant at AA Rescue

Role Description

• This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant at AA Rescue Nigeria.
• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
• This includes managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating and managing special projects and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. This is an on-site role located in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in executive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence (minimum of 8 years)
• Ability to prepare and manage expense reports
• Proven track record in providing executive support to senior management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in administrative assistance tasks, such as maintaining files and records
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor of Law
