    Executive Assistant

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team.
    • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational abilities, and exhibit a high level of professionalism and discretion.

    Qualifications:

    • HND Degree/Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in Managerial /Administrative field.
    • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management/executives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must possess strong Interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Ability to manage social media and create content is a must.

    Job Requirements:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as necessary.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and take meeting minutes when needed.
    • Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making processes.
    • Maintain executive's office systems, including filing systems and databases.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
    • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
    • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting in Lagos.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Professional and friendly demeanor.
