    Executive Assistant

    Job Overview

    To support high-level executives, managing schedules, correspondence, and acting as a key liaison. Success entails organization, communication, and adaptability. He/she streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and represent the executive and organization professionally.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Managing the Executive's schedule in alignment with team priorities.
    • Facilitating communication between the Executive and the team.
    • Providing administrative assistance for meetings and projects.
    • Coordinating projects within the team.
    • Ensuring strategic alignment between the Executive's activities and team OKRs.
    • Acting as a liaison between the Executive, the team, and other stakeholders.
    • Managing and organizing information relevant to team objectives.
    • Assisting in tracking progress against OKRs and preparing reports.
    • Contributing to process improvement within the team.
    • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

    Requirements

    Educational Qualifications:

    • A degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Having Technical background is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive assistant to a top executive.

    Skills And Abilities:

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, attention to details , time management along with discretion and adaptability to effectively support the Executive and the team.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Includes discretion, adaptability, initiative, attention to detail, reliability, strong communication skills, professionalism, empathy, being a team player, and resilience.

    Work Environment:

    • Is typically a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative, often involving interaction with high-level executives, tech professionals, and stakeholders, requiring adaptability, discretion, and effective communication skills
