    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • Day-to-day administrative and operational running of the executive office
    • Scheduling the meetings and appointments relating to the Executive Office
    • Ability to make traveling arrangements
    • Assist in the preparation of board materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO
    • Provide the right solutions to all matters while paying close attention to details.
    • Manage tasks systematically, effectively, and strategically

    Requirements

    • B.sc in Estate Management finance/related field from a reputable university.
    • Preferably a male
    • 5-8 years of experience
    • Relevant certifications
