    Executive Assistant

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time role as an Executive Assistant at Ramos Realty.
    • As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executives, managing expense reports, and providing executive support.
    • This is an on-site role located in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in executive administrative assistance and providing executive support
    • Ability to manage expense reports
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in general administrative assistance
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
