    Executive Assistant to the Director

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a highly intelligent, motivated, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our School Director.
    • This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn about the Montessori method and contribute to the smooth operation of our school.
    • The ideal candidate will be an organized problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the School Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Coordinate events and activities, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
    • Serve as a liaison between the School Director and staff, parents, and external partners.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Support the implementation of Montessori principles throughout the school environment.
    • Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to learn and embrace the Montessori philosophy.
    • High level of intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
