    Executive Assistant

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the MD.
    • The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing a wide range of tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure timely and effective communication and follow-up on critical tasks.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring that important matters are prioritized and addressed.
    • Assist with the organization and execution of special projects and company events.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project progress and deadlines.
    • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure a productive work environment.
    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and executive matters.
    • Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic planning. Provide summaries and recommendations as needed.
    • Act as a liaison between the MD and other stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
    • Facilitate effective communication and ensure the CEO is informed of relevant developments.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
