Experienced Associate at Ikeyi Shittu & Co

• We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will possess extensive legal knowledge, exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to manage complex cases, engage in critical litigation issues with little or no guidance and provide strategic advice to clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and oversee complex legal cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations,and industry trends. 

Requirements: 

• LL.B degree from an accredited University in Nigeria and Call to Bar Certificate with a first class or second class upper degree.
• LL.M or other advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer with significant experience in Litigation and Transactions.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
